- Sign up by filling out the form & consent below and click SUBMIT
- After you click SUBMIT, you will receive an ID number, confirmation and a link to our scheduling platform to request your Visit(s). This information will also be emailed to you.
- We are scheduling Visits on a weekly basis. Please fill out the scheduling information fully for each resident/client so their Ambassador will be able to best prepare for the Visit.
- Once an Ambassador has signed up for each Visit, you will receive confirmation and contact details.
